Ingredients:
1 (9 inches) prepared graham cracker crust
¾ cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) can sweeten condensed milk
(1) (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Directions:
Add and combine lemonade concentrate, cream cheese, and condensed milk in a blender, blend over medium speed until the mixture is smooth. In a bowl, transfer the mixture and fold in whipped topping. Pour the mixture into graham cracker crust.
Notes:
To help make it on hips a little easier, use Fat-Free Sugar-Free Pudding Mix, 1% milk, and Lite Cool Whip. It still tastes great.
You can freeze that pie to enjoy later, OR you can even eat this frozen. If you’re bringing this pie to a BBQ, freezing it is a great idea, and pull it out when you’re ready for your event.
If you’re not chilling this enough, you’ll get a pudding texture that won’t hold its shape when it’s sliced.
