This Fettuccini Alfredo is to die for, it is! I love this so much that I cook it pretty much every day! It’s creamy, cheesy, and delicious! Feel free to add more ingredients. For example, you can add bacon or seafood in it. It will take this simple recipe to the next level. My only advice to you is to be very generous with the cheese. Yes, just do it and thank me later! By the way, you can try adding your preferred kind of cheese. Give it your take, that is highly recommended. I hope this somehow gives a smile on your face today. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
24 ounces dry fettuccini pasta
1 cup butter
¾ pint heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 dash garlic salt
¾ cup grated Romano cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Step 1: Place a large pot on the stove and turn the heat to high.
Step 2: Pour in salted water and allow it to boil.
Step 3: Add in the fettuccini and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until firm. Drain the water and rinse with cold running water to stop the cooking process.
Step 4: Place a large saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to low.
Step 5: Add the butter and allow it to melt.
Step 6: Add in garlic salt, pepper, cheese, and salt. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce becomes thick.
Step 7: Add in the cooked fettuccini into the sauce. Stir until the pasta is covered with the sauce.
Step 8: Serve right away and enjoy!
