Ingredients:
Dough:
½ c white sugar
2 ½ tsp yeast
1 c warm milk (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
1 tsp salt
4 ½ c flour
⅓ c butter, melted

1 ½ c confectioners’ sugar

Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, add warm milk and yeast. Stir until the yeast is dissolved completely.
Add eggs, salt, sugar, and margarine. Stir until well blended.
Add flour, then whisk until well incorporated.
Sprinkle a bit of flour onto a flat surface, then place the dough on it. Knead a few minutes and shape it into a ball.
Transfer the dough to a large bowl. Cover the dough with plastic wrap, then allow it to double its size for an hour in a warm area.
