Have a beautiful day, friends, and I hope you are all well today. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
½ tsp chilli powder
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
2 tbsp olive oil
¾ c panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Line with foil 2 baking sheets.
Add smoked paprika, Panko breadcrumbs, chili powder, salt, and pepper into a large mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
Add the ground pork, ground beef, olive oil, garlic, and oil into the breadcrumb mixture, then use a spatula to stir everything until well mixed.
Form 48 meatballs out of the mixture. Use your hands for this process.
Arrange the meatballs onto the prepared baking sheets. Make sure to leave a bit of space between each meatball.
Place the meatballs inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve and enjoy!
