Ingredients:
¾ c panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
2 Egg, lightly beaten
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Line with foil two baking sheets.
Add panko breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper into a large mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
Add the ground pork, ground beef, olive oil, garlic, and egg into the bowl with the breadcrumbs. Use your clean hands to mix everything until well combined.
Form small meatballs out of the mixture. I use a 1 tsp cookie scoop for this.
Arrange the meatballs onto the prepared baking sheet. Make sure to leave a bit of space between each meatball.
Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until they turn brown.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve and enjoy!
