These hamburgers are super legit! I never thought that a burger could be more delicious until I discovered this recipe! The trick to making the perfect burger is to wrap it with foil and let it sit in the oven for a few minutes. It will melt the cheese and toast the bun without much effort! Try this recipe now, and prepare to be amazed. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
4 slices of yellow American cheese if desired
4 hamburger buns
4 beef patties I use 1 pound of ground beef to make 4 patties
pepper as desired
salt as desired
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray to a baking dish.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the burgers, then rub all sides until well coated.
Add the seasoned burger patties into the prepared baking dish. Leave a small space between each patty.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until done. (You can top each patty with a slice of cheese.)
For the Trick:
Make your burger, then wrap each with foil.
Place the burgers in the oven and let them sit inside for about 3 minutes to melt the cheese and toast the buns.
Remove from the oven and the wrapper.
Top with your favorite toppings.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Wrapping the burgers with foil and putting them in preheated oven for a few minutes makes them very delicious! A must-try indeed!
