Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
¾ c Italian seasoned bread crumbs
½ c grated Parmesan cheese
¾ tsp garlic powder
¾ c mayonnaise
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 220 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
Add Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and mayonnaise into a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
In another mixing bowl, add the breadcrumbs.
Dredge the chicken slices into the cheese mixture, then into the breadcrumbs. Make sure to coat each completely and shake off any excess.
Place the coated chicken pieces onto a baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake the chicken for about 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
