Ingredients:
¾ c mayonnaise
½ c grated Parmesan cheese
¾ tsp garlic powder
¾ c Italian seasoned bread crumbs
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 220 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
Step 2: Add the Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic powder into a medium mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
Step 3: In another mixing bowl, add the bread crumbs.
Step 4: Dip each chicken breast into the cheese mixture, then into the bread crumbs. Make sure to coat each chicken breast generously.
Step 5: Place the coated chicken breasts onto a baking sheet.
Step 6: Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake the chicken breasts for about 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Step 7: Remove the Tender Italian Baked Chicken from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes.
Step 8: Serve warm and enjoy!
