How to make Boneless Pork Chops
Step 1: On both sides, season the pork chops with salt and ground black pepper.
Step 2: Mix the honey garlic sauce ingredients until well combined.
Step 3: To a hot cast-iron skillet over high heat, add the vegetable oil with 1 tbsp butter. Then, add the pork chops and pan fry for about 3 to 4 minutes per side, undisturbed, or until brown. Flip and continue to cook the other side until brown.
Step 4: To one side of the skillet, push the pork chops. On the empty side, add the rest of the butter. Then, add the garlic and cook for 10 seconds, stirring until light brown. Next, pour in the honey garlic sauce. Continue to cook until the sauce has thickened and turned amber-brown.
Step 5: Over the pork chops, spoon the sauce. Turn the heat off and serve the boneless pork chops right away garnished with some parsley. Enjoy!
