Ingredients:
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ c butter
2 15-ounce cans of green beans, drained
1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
2 pounds of baby creamer potatoes, washed, sliced in half
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon pepper
1½ pound sausage, kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced ¼-inch thick
¼ c water
⅛ c vegetable oil
1 c onions, chopped
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray to a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Wash the creamer potatoes with water to remove dirt. Slice them into two pieces.
Add the potato slices inside a resealable bag.
Add the seasonings, pepper, oil, and red pepper flakes inside the bag with the potato slices. Seal the bag, then shake it until the potatoes are well coated.
Place a large frying pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add water and sausage into the pan, then cook for a few minutes until the water has evaporated.
Transfer the sausage onto a clean plate and allow it to cool completely, then place them in the bag with potatoes.
In the same pan, add butter and allow it to melt.
Add the garlic and onions, then sauté for a few minutes until aromatic and soft.
Remove from the heat and allow the veggies to cool. Put them inside the bag as well with the potatoes and sausage together with the green beans. Seal the bag and shake it again until everything is well combined.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread them evenly.
Cover the baking dish with foil, then place it in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until done.
