Sausage and potatoes in one serving! This amazing recipe will give you just those things! You can either cook them in the oven or the Air fryer. Ready in just about an hour, you will never be disappointed with this recipe at all! Dinner will be awesome again. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
3 medium potatoes russet
½ tsp fine sea salt
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 pound of smoked turkey sausage, cut into rounds
1 large onion, peeled and chopped
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Cover with tin foil the inside of a baking sheet, then coat it with cooking spray.
Slice the sausage into circles. Chop the potatoes and onions into small pieces.
In a mixing bowl, add the potatoes, sausage slices, and onions.
Add salt, paprika, pepper, and 1 tbsp of olive oil on top. Toss everything until well combined.
Transfer the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and roast the ingredients for about 45 minutes or 1 hour until the potatoes are fork-tender. Make sure to stir them every 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven.

Notes:
To Cook in the Air Fryer:
Prepare the Air Fryer and preheat it to 350 degrees F.
Add the onions and potatoes into the basket of the Air Fryer, then add olive oil on top. Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper to season. Toss everything until well combined.
Air fry for about 6 minutes, then add the sausage slices and cook for another 6 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
