The sauce alone of this Crockpot Brown Sugar Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin is more than enough to satisfy all your cravings today! The pork itself is insanely good! This recipe is truly a must-try!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Soy sauce
½ c Brown sugar
1 tsp ground sage
¼ c Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Cornstarch
½ c Water
½ c Water
¼ tsp Pepper
2 lbs. Pork tenderloin
½ tsp Salt
1 clove Garlic; crushed
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add pepper, garlic, sage, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
Sprinkle the mixture over the pork tenderloin, then rub it until well coated.
Pour ½ cup of water into a slow cooker. Lay the tenderloin over the water.
Cover the slow cooker, then cook the tenderloin for about 6 to 8 hours on a low setting. Prepare the glaze.
Add soy sauce, cornstarch, balsamic vinegar, water, and brown sugar into a small pan. Stir until well blended.
Put the saucepan on the stove, then turn the heat to medium. Stir and simmer the sauce for 4 minutes or until the texture becomes thick.
Turn to broiler during the last hour of roasting the tenderloin, then brush it with glaze 2 or 3 times.
Remove from the oven.
Serve with the rest of the glaze. Enjoy!
Notes:
I suggest you cook the meat on a low setting. Remember that the longer meat is cooked, the more tender and delicious it gets!
Also, you don’t want to waste expensive meat, do you? It should be cooked to perfection!
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them inside the fridge. Reheat in the oven.
