Ingredients:
18 oz. of apricot preserves
⅔ c Worcestershire sauce
16 oz. Russian dressing
28 oz. frozen meatballs
Directions:
For the Tangy Sweet Sauce:
In a mixing bowl, add the Worcestershire sauce, Russian dressing, and apricot preserves. Stir until well incorporated.
To Prep the Meatballs:
In a slow cooker, add the frozen meatballs.
Add the Tangy Sweet Sauce on top of the meatballs. Toss until well coated.
Cover and seal the slow cooker, then cook the meatballs for about 2 hours on a high setting or 3 to 4 hours on a low setting.
Serve right away. Enjoy!
Notes:
You can cook this in your Instant Pot. Cook time is about 7 minutes on a high setting.
Feel free to use homemade meatballs for this recipe if you prefer.
You can use ground turkey for this recipe instead of ground beef.
You can make the sauce ahead of time. Pour it over the meatballs when serving.
