This incredible Taco Spaghetti Casserole is what you just might need today! Feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
2 package taco seasoning
2 can(s) Rotel tomatoes and chillies, 10 oz each
1 can(s) tomato paste, 6 oz.
1 pound spaghetti
6 cups of water
2 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese
Directions:
Step 1: Place a pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 2: Add the ground beef and cook until crumbly and brown.
Step 3: Discard any excess grease.
Step 4: Add the taco seasoning and stir until well mixed.
Step 5: Add the spaghetti, Rotel, and tomato paste. Stir until just mixed.
Step 6: Add about 6 cups of water. Make sure to submerge everything.
Step 7: Allow the mixture to boil.
Step 8: Turn the heat down to low and simmer everything for about 15 minutes or until the pasta is al dente.
Step 9: Apply cooking spray in a 13×9-inch casserole dish.
Step 10: Transfer the mixture into the prepared dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese on top.
Step 11: Place the pan inside the oven and bake for a few minutes at 350 degrees until the cheese has melted completely.
Step 12: Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to cook this on the stove. Just add the cheese together with the water and pasta.
