Ingredients:
¼ cup brown sugar
½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
freshly cracked pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
1.5 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs (4-5 pieces)
Directions:
Add brown sugar, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
Put the chicken thighs onto a chopping board.
Use paper towels to pat them dry.
Sprinkle the seasonings over the chicken breasts and rub each until well coated.
Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add olive oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the chicken thighs and cook each side for 5 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Serve hot and enjoy!
