Are you tired of breaded pork chops? Then, this recipe is one to try! The sauce alone of this dish is more than enough to satisfy your taste buds! The pork chops you ask? Well, they are fantastic! Soft and juicy pork chops that you will surely crave. I usually serve this with steamed rice but mashed potatoes go perfectly well with these bad boys too. I know that you have the ingredients right now. I can’t see any reason why you shouldn’t try this because aside from the delicious taste, it is also very easy to cook. Feel free to add more ingredients if you feel like it. Give it your take! May you all have a blessed day. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
1 tablespoon butter
½ lbs. of centre-cut boneless pork chops, ½-inch thick
garlic powder, or to taste
Directions:
Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, add the mustard and honey. Stir until well mixed.
Step 2: Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Step 3: Add the butter and allow it to melt.
Step 4: Add the pork chops.
Step 5: Sprinkle each chop with garlic powder and cook for about 3 minutes or until the colour turns brown.
Step 6: Flip the pork chops and sprinkle garlic powder and cook for another 3 minutes.
Step 7: Spoon the honey mustard sauce on top of each chop and spread it evenly.
Step 8: Cook both sides until a thermometer inserted in one chop reads 75 degrees C of 165 degrees F. Also, if the pork chops are no longer pinkish, they are done.
Step 9: Place the cooked pork chops on a clean serving plate.
Step 10: Serve and enjoy!
