The strawberry flavor of this cake is insanely good! You will surely have such a good time eating this delicious treat! If you haven’t tried it yet, then I highly suggest giving this recipe a try! I promise you that you will not be disappointed at all. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
Bottom Crust:
5 tablespoons Melted butter
22 Golden Oreos Crushed
For the Filling:
2 Large eggs
1 tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract
4 8-ounces packages of cream cheese
¾ c Heavy Whipping Cream
Jar of Smucker’s strawberry ice cream topping
¼ c cornstarch
1 ⅔ c sugar
For the Topping:
3 tablespoons from a small package of strawberry gelatin
1 ½ teaspoons Softened Butter
12 Golden Oreos Crushed & divided into 2 bowls (one for plain Oreo topping, one for your strawberry ones)
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat it to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray to a baking pan.
Crush the Oreos, the put them into the prepared baking pan. Spread them evenly to cover the bottom of the pan.
In a mixing bowl, add ⅓ cup of sugar, cornstarch, and cream cheese. Beat for 3 minutes or until well incorporated and smooth.
Add vanilla and the rest of the sugar, then beat again until well blended.
Add the eggs gradually and beat every addition until well combined. Add heavy cream and beat until well combined.
Transfer ½ of the filling over the crust and spread it evenly. Spread ½ of the strawberry topping over the filling.
Run a knife over the filling, then add the rest of the strawberry over.
Place it in the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour or until done.
In a food processor, add the Oreo and pulse until crumbly. Add butter and pulse again until well incorporated.
Cover the cake with the mixture. Top with more strawberries.
