This cake is just too perfect! You will surely love the strong strawberry flavour of this delicious cake. Give it a try and be ready to have it in your life for good!
Ingredients:
1 package ( 18 ¼ oz ) white cake
1 ¼ cup water
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 Eggs
1 package ( 16 oz ) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, thawed
2 package ( 3 oz each ) strawberry gelatin
1 ( 12 oz tub ) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided. (I used 1 ½ containers)

Directions:
Step 1: Apply cooking spray and flour in two 9-inch round baking pans.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, add the cake mix, eggs, oil, and water. Beat using an electric mixer. 30 seconds on low speed and another 2 minutes on medium speed.
Step 3: Transfer the mixture into the prepared pans.
Step 4: Place them inside the oven and bake for 25 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees F or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
Step 5: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool on wire racks for 10 minutes.
Step 6: Level the top of each cake with a serrated knife and transfer them into two round baking pans with the top side up.
Step 7: Poke holes on top of each cake using a wooden skewer or a meat fork. Make sure that the space between each hole is ½-inch.
Step 8: Drain the strawberry juice and place it into a 2-cup measuring cup. Add water into the juice until it levels to two cups.
Step 9: Place the berries inside the fridge.
Step 10: Place a small saucepan on the stove and pour in the strawberry juice. Turn the heat to medium and allow it to boil.
Step 11: Add in the gelatin and stir until dissolved completely.
Step 12: Remove from the heat and place it inside the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
Step 13: Spread the mixture on top of each cake layer, then place them inside the fridge to chill for 2 to 3 hours.
Step 14: Dip for 10 seconds in warm water the bottom of one pan.
Step 15: Invert the cake on a clean serving plate.
Step 16: Top the cake with whipped topping and reserved strawberries.
Step 17: Gently put the other cake on top of the other.
Step 18: Top the second cake with whipped topping.
Step 19: Place it inside the fridge to chill for about an hour.
Step 20: Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
You can serve this cake with fresh berries.
Make sure to place any leftover in the fridge.
