Ingredients:
4 bone-in skin-on chicken breasts halves (about 3 lbs.)
2 tbsp minced garlic (about 12 small cloves)
½ c hoisin sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp rice wine or white wine
2 tbsp ketchup
Directions:
Add the wine, hoisin sauce, garlic, ketchup, and soy sauce into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
Remove excess fat from each chicken breast.
Add the chicken breasts into the bowl with the sauce. Toss until well coated.
Place the bowl inside the fridge and allow the chicken to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Line a jelly roll pan with aluminium foil.
Transfer the chicken breasts into the prepared pan and arrange them in a single layer with the skin facing up.
Spoon the marinade over each chicken breast.
Place the pan inside the preheated oven and bake the chicken for about 50 minutes or until cooked.
Remove from the oven and allow the chicken breasts to rest for a few minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
