This recipe is not only easy, but it is also the best recipe for Steak ‘N Shake Frisco Melt out there! In just 30 minutes, this sandwich is ready to be devoured! Cheese, meat, toasted bread, and the rest of the ingredients made this sandwich the best! You are so in for a treat. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
4 slices of sourdough bread
4 oz. ground sirloin
2 slices of American cheese
2 slices of Swiss cheese
2 tbsp margarine
¼ c ketchup
2 oz. ground T-bone steak
½ c thousand island dressing
2 splashes (about ⅛ of a tsp) of Worcestershire
¼ c French dressing
9.5 oz. ground round
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and dressings. Stir until well blended. Place the bowl inside the fridge to chill for about 30 minutes.
In a separate mixing bowl, add all the meats. Use your clean hands to mix until well incorporated. Place it inside the fridge to chill for at least 10 to 30 minutes.
Form four even patties out of the meat mixture.
Brush each piece of bread with margarine, then toast for a few minutes in the oven over 325 degrees F.
Top each toasted bread with Swiss cheese.
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium. Add a bit of oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the patties into the hot skillet, then cook each side for a few minutes until they turn brown. Remove from the heat.
Add one patty over each Swiss cheese.
Top each with American cheese, patty, and another toasted bread.
Serve right away with Frisco sauce. Enjoy!

You can add more cheese if you like.
