Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 ¼ pound steak (cut into 1-inch cubes (sirloin, tenderloin, rib eye, or strip steak))
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic (minced)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (minced)
Mustard Dipping Sauce
½ c sour cream
¼ c Maille Old Style Mustard
1-2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 clove garlic (finely grated)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the dipping sauce together with salt and pepper. Stir until well combined
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, then place it inside the fridge to chill.
Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add olive oil and allow it to become hot.
Season with salt and pepper the steak.
Add the seasoned steak and cook each side for about 4 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Make sure to cook them in batches to prevent overcrowding.
Turn the heat down to medium-low. Add the garlic and butter. Stir and cook for 2 minutes or until aromatic and the beef pieces are well coated.
Remove from the heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Serve hot with the prepared dipping sauce. Enjoy!
