I can’t think of any food right now, but this life-changing salad! I have never had a salad this good before. It is best to serve with steak. It tastes like one of those fancy salads in restaurants. I kid you not! Give it a try and taste for yourself. It may look a lot of work, but I promise you that it is very easy to make. You can also add grilled chicken on it, and you have yourself a meal to remember!

1 (10 ounces) bag baby spinach leaves
4 large eggs hard-cooked eggs, peeled and sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
4-piece (blank)s strips crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
10 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
½ cup toasted sliced almonds
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large shallot, minced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
⅓ cup white wine vinegar
⅓ cup Dijon mustard
⅓ cup honey
2-piece (blank)s strips crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Step 2: Place a small skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
