I love pizza. Well, who doesn’t? This amazing recipe is not only very delicious but also very easy to make! Give it a try and prepared to be amazed by the combination of flavours! I love the spicy sausage’s kick. It gave the whole pizza a new twist! I highly recommend you add it as well. Feel free to add more ingredients to this recipe if you wish. Ingredients:
1 recipe for pizza dough blend
¾ c marinara sauce
2 c freshly grated whole milk mozzarella cheese
¾-lb spicy Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled into smaller bits with a wooden spoon
Pepperoni slices
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 230 degrees C or 450 degrees F.
Step 2: Sprinkle flour in a 13-inch pizza pan.
Step 3: Stretch the dough into the pan with your hands.
Step 4: Layer the toppings over the dough and make sure to leave a 1-inch border from the side. I top my pizza with spicy sausage, pepperoni, marinara sauce, and mozzarella.
Step 5: Place the pizza inside the preheated oven and bake for about 12 to 13 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely and the edges are brown.
Step 6: Remove the pizza from the oven and allow it to cool for at least 5 to 10 minutes at room temperature.
Step 7: Slice into even pieces.
Step 8: Serve and enjoy!
