Ingredients:
Chocolate Chip Cookie Layer:
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ c brown sugar
2 large Eggs
1 c unsalted butter melted and cooled
2 ¼ c all-purpose flour
1 ¼ c chocolate chips
¼ tsp salt
¾ c white sugar
Oreo Layer:
24 Oreo cookies
Brownie Layer:
2 tbsp cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
3 large Eggs
½ c all-purpose flour
8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate* finely chopped
⅔ c unsalted butter cubed
1 ½ c white sugar
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Line with parchment paper a 9×13-inch baking pan. Make sure to have an overhang to the sides of the pan.
For the Chocolate Chip Cookie Layer:
Add melted butter, white sugar, and brown sugar into the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat until well blended.
Add the vanilla extract and eggs, then beat again until well incorporated.
Reduce the speed to low, then add salt and flour. Beat until well mixed.
Turn off the mixer, then add the chocolate chips. Stir until just combined.
Transfer the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
For the Oreo Layer:
Lay the Oreo cookies over the dough and press them gently towards the dough. You should have 4 rows of them.
For the Batter:
Melt the butter and chocolate inside the microwave.
Remove from the microwave, then stir until well blended.
In another bowl, add the sugar and eggs. Whisk until well blended.
Transfer the chocolate mixture into the bowl with the egg mixture, then whisk until well incorporated.
Add salt, cocoa powder, and flour. Stir until well blended.
Pour the mixture on top of the Oreos and spread it evenly.
To Bake:
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake the brownies for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool completely at room temperature.

Notes:
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them inside the fridge. They can last up to 4 days.
