Pork chops cooked to perfection in 4 hours! If this sounds like you want to devour today, then this recipe is for you! Ingredients:
¼ c olive oil
1 c chicken broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
4 thick-cut boneless pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Add the chicken broth, olive oil, garlic powder, garlic, paprika, oregano, basil, and poultry seasoning. Stir until well blended.
Transfer the mixture into the slow cooker.
Use a sharp knife to make shallow slits over each pork chop.
Sprinkle salt and pepper, then rub until well coated.
Lay the pork chops over the sauce in the slow cooker.
Cover the slow cooker and cook for 4 hours on a high setting.
Make sure to baste from time to time during the cooking process.
Serve hot and enjoy!
