¾ teaspoon dried leaf thyme
1 teaspoon pepper

¾ teaspoon dried leaf oregano

2 teaspoon garlic powder
For The Barbecue Sauce:

1 c barbecue sauce use your favourite!
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the dry rub. Stir until well blended.
In another mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the BBQ sauce. Stir until well blended as well.
Place the ribs onto a chopping board.
Remove the skin, then slice the ribs into 4 pieces.
Sprinkle the dry mixture all over the ribs, then rub each until well coated.
Lay the ribs into a slow cooker.
Add ½ of the BBQ sauce on top of the ribs and spread it evenly.
Add about ½ cup of water all over the ribs.
Cover the slow cooker and cook the ribs for about 8 hours on a low setting.
Generously brush each rib with the rest of the BBQ sauce.
Allow the ribs to rest for a few minutes at room temperature to incorporate all the flavours.
