Ingredients:
1 block (8 oz.) low-fat cream cheese, cubed
2 cans (10 oz, each) of fat-free cream of chicken soup
¼ to ½ c milk as needed
Black pepper, to taste
4 medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 envelope Good Season’s Zesty Italian dressing mix
Mr’s Dash Original seasoning blend, to taste
Cooked noodles, rice, mashed potatoes, etc. to serve chicken over
chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Apply cooking spray to the inside of a large slow cooker.
Add the chicken breasts to the bottom of the slow cooker and arrange them in a single layer.
Sprinkle 2 tsp of Mr’s Dash original seasoning and pepper over the chicken breasts to season.
Add the Italian dressing mix and cream of chicken soups on top of the chicken.
Add the cubed cream cheese over the chicken as well.
Cover and seal the slow cooker, then cook the chicken for about 3 hours on a high setting or 5 to 6 hours on a low setting.
Use two forks to shred the chicken into small pieces.
Stir everything again until well blended. Add more milk if the texture of the sauce becomes too thick.
Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top to garnish.
Serve right away over mashed potatoes, cooked noodles, or rice. Enjoy!
