Ingredients:
3 whole chicken breasts, boneless skinless (about a pound)
1 ½ c water
2 packets chicken gravy mix
½ c sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
1 ¼ c Condensed Chicken Soup
½ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp coarse ground black pepper
Directions:
Rub garlic powder, salt, and pepper all over the chicken breasts.
Add water, condensed chicken soup, garlic powder, gravy packets, salt, pepper, and paprika into a slow cooker. Stir until well mixed.
Add the chicken breasts into the slow cooker and toss until well coated by the mixture.
Cover the slow cooker and cook the chicken for about 4 to 5 hours on a low setting.
Remove the chicken breasts from the slow cooker, then use two forks to shred them into small pieces.
Add sour cream into the sauce and stir until well blended.
