Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic
1 medium diced onion
1 c uncooked rice
1 head of cabbage
1 pound ground meat
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Eggs
1 jar tomato sauce
½ teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Remove ¼-inch of the bottom of the cabbage by slicing it.
Place a large pot with water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.
Add the cabbage head into the boiling water, then heat for 2 minutes. Separate the leaves while boiling them. Repeat the process with the rest of the cabbage heads.
Add uncooked rice, garlic powder, ground beef, ¼ cup tomato sauce, ground pork, onion, salt, and pepper into a large mixing bowl. Mix everything until well blended.
Add egg, then stir until well blended.
In a separate mixing bowl, add Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, and paprika. Stir until well blended.
Add ¼ cup of meat mixture in the middle of each cabbage leaf, then roll it up. It should look like a burrito. Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients.
Add the sauce into a slow cooker and spread it evenly. Make sure to cover the entire bottom of the slow cooker.
Lay the cabbage over the sauce into the slow cooker seam side down. Make sure to leave a small space between each roll.
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the sauce. Stir until well blended.
Pour the sauce on top of the rolls.
Cover the slow cooker and cook the rolls for 4 hours on a high setting or 8 hours on a low setting.
Serve and enjoy!
