Have you tried barbeque cooked to perfection? Well, this recipe I am sharing with you today is that! A big thanks to my dear friend, Anita, for recommending this recipe. I am so impressed with how it turned out. At first, I thought it’s going to be a disaster but I was wrong! It was the best barbeque I have ever had! Now, I get to share it with you as well. How awesome is that? I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them for they will guide you to perfection! As awesome as this recipe already is, feel free to add more ingredients to it if you wish. I know that you can do a lot to make this even better! Okay, enough with the long introduction. Ingredients:
1 (3 pounds) boneless chuck roast
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 (18 ounces) bottle barbeque sauce
Directions:
Lay the roast into the bottom of a slow cooker.
Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top of the roast.
Pour the Barbeque sauce on top of the roast.
Cover the slow cooker and cook for about 6 to 8 hours on a low setting.
Remove the roast from the slow cooker onto a cutting board. Use two forks to shred it into small pieces.
Put the shredded meat back to the slow cooker and stir until well combined.
Cover and cook for another minute.
Garnish with freshly chopped spring onions.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
