Ingredients:
3 pounds baby back ribs, trimmed
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
½ c water
½ onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (18 ounces) bottle barbeque sauce
Directions:
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the ribs and rub them until well coated.
Add ½ cup of water into the slow cooker.
Arrange the ribs into the slow cooker.
Sprinkle garlic and onions over the ribs.
Cover the slow cooker and cook the ribs for about 4 hours on a high setting or 8 hours on a low setting.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Remove the ribs from the slow cooker, then arrange them onto a baking sheet.
Brush each rib with barbeque sauce.
Place the ribs inside the preheated oven and bake for about 15 to 15 minutes or until the sauce caramelizes.
Remove from the oven and allow them to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
