½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
¾ c. shredded mozzarella
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 (10.75-ounce) can Cream of Chicken soup
HOW TO MAKE SMOTHERED PORK CHOPS
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees F. Using cooking spray, lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Step 2: In the bottom of the prepared pan, spread the cooked rice.
Step 3: In the meantime, season the pork chops with seasoned salt. In a skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops and sear for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side until beginning to turn brown. Over the rice, transfer the pork chops.
Step 4: Combine the cream of chicken soup and milk. Then, pour this over the pork chops and rice.
Step 5: Place in the preheated oven and bake the chops for about 25 minutes, uncovered. After 25 minutes, take the pan out of the oven and sprinkle the pork chops with the shredded cheese followed by the cooked bacon. Then, resume baking for another 5 to 10 minutes.
