Ingredients:
1 pound Elbow macaroni
2 pound Ground beef
½ Onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
28 ounces Tomato sauce
20 ounces diced tomatoes
2 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Basil
¼ teaspoon Rosemary
1 teaspoon Parsley
¼ teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon Black pepper
½ teaspoon Paprika
1 c Cheddar cheese
Directions:
Step 1: Place a pot on the stove with salted water.
Step 2: Turn the heat to high and allow the water to boil.
Step 3: Add the macaroni and cook for 4 minutes.
Step 4: Drain the macaroni and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Step 5: Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 6: Add the ground beef and onions. Cook for about 5 minutes or until brown and translucent.
Step 7: Add the Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Stir until well combined.
Step 8: Add the sliced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and the rest of the spices. Stir until well combined.
Step 9: Reduce the heat to low and add the cooked macaroni.
Step 10: Stir and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes or until done.
Step 11: Add the cheese and allow it to melt completely.
Step 12: Serve and enjoy!
