Ingredients:
½ tsp coarse sea salt
1 tsp avocado, olive, or grapeseed Oil
4 medium Russet potatoes, washed
Directions:
Prepare the Air Fryer and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Drizzle oil over the clean potatoes. Rub each potato until well coated with oil.
In a single layer, arrange the potatoes into the basket of the Air Fryer. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
Cover and seal the fryer, then cook the potatoes for about 40 to 50 minutes. Make sure to turn them over half the cooking time or after about 20 minutes to cook the side. When easily pierced with a fork, they are good to go!
Remove the potatoes from the fryer, then slice each lengthwise in the middle to create a pocket.
Open each potato, then season with salt and pepper.
Add butter on top and your preferred toppings.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Cooking time may vary on the size of the potatoes. Check from time to time.
