Ingredients:
2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
1 small bunch of green onions thinly sliced
2 teaspoons lemon juice
½ c mayonnaise
1 lb. large shrimp peeled and deveined, and cooked
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
⅓ c celery chopped (optional)
Directions:
Slice the shrimp into two, then place them into a large bowl.
Add the onion and celery, then toss everything until well mixed.
In a separate bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and stir until well blended.
Add the dressing into the bowl with the shrimp, then toss until well covered.
Wrap and place it inside the fridge to chill for 1 to 5 hours.
Serve chilled on a sandwich or with lettuce. Enjoy!
Notes:
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them inside the fridge. They can last up to 2 days.
