Everyone loves scrambled eggs, right? For me, breakfast isn’t complete without scrambled eggs. Since it is my favourite dish for breakfast, I make sure to make it a special one every time. You can always add a lot of things for scrambled eggs. I always love adding cheese to it. Cheese gives a different texture and flavour to eggs. If you haven’t tried it yet, then you are so in for a treat! I have listed all the things you will be needing so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Okay, I’ll let you be. Have the most wonderful day, friends, and I hope you are all well today. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon milk
4 large Eggs
2 teaspoons butter
Salt & Pepper to taste
Shredded cheese optional
Directions:
Add milk, eggs, salt, and pepper into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.
Place a large nonstick skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-low.
Add butter and allow it to melt.
Reduce the heat to low.
Pour in the egg mixture and spread it by moving the skillet and making sure that the entire bottom is covered.
Add the cheese immediately and allow it to melt. Cooking time usually takes about 10 minutes.
Remove from the skillet onto a clean serving plate.
Garnish with your preferred greens.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add pretty much anything you want for these scrambled eggs.
For a spicy version, just simply add hot sauce or for a more complex flavour, add chilli garlic oil.
For a cheesier flavour, cut back on the salt and add more cheese to it.
You can use your preferred cheese for this as well.
