2 15 ounces cans of green beans, drained
2 pounds baby creamer potatoes, washed, sliced in half
1 c onions, chopped
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
¼ c water
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Rinse the creamer potatoes with water, then slice each into two.
Add the potato slices inside a large resealable bag.
Add the seasonings, red pepper flakes, oil, and pepper inside the bag. Shake the bag until the potatoes are well coated.
Place a large pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add water and sausage. Cook for a few minutes until the water evaporates and the sausage turns brown.
Remove the browned sausage from the pan and allow it to cool completely. Add the sausage inside the bag and shake it again until well combined.
Place a pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add butter and allow it to melt.
Add the garlic and onions, then sauté until aromatic and soft.
Remove from the heat and allow the sauteed veggies to cool completely.
Add them inside the bag and shake it again until well combined.
Add the green beans and shake the bag until well mixed.
Transfer everything into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Cover it with aluminium foil, then place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
