Ingredients:
1 ½ pound sausage kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced ¼″ thick
2 pounds baby creamer potatoes, washed, sliced in half
2 15 ounces cans of green beans, drained
⅛ c vegetable oil
¼ c butter
1 c onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
¼ c water
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Slice the washed potatoes into two.
Place the potato slices inside a resealable bag.
Add the seasonings, oil, red pepper flakes, and pepper. Shake the bag until the potatoes are well coated.
Place a frying pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add water and the sausage. Cook for a few minutes until brown and dry.
Remove the brown sausage from the pan and allow it to cool completely. Add it inside the bag with the potatoes.
In the same pan, add butter and allow it to melt.
Add the garlic and onions. Saute until aromatic and soft. Remove from the pan and allow them to cool.
Add the onions and garlic inside the bag.
Add the green beans as well, then shake the bag until well combined.
Transfer everything into the prepared baking dish.
Cover the baking dish with aluminium foil.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes.
