Ingredients:
1 pound ground pork breakfast sausage
1 cup Italian 5 cheese blend, shredded
4 large Eggs
¾ cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
10 ounces can butter tasting biscuits
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray in an 11×8-inch baking dish.
Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add the sausage and cook until crumbly and brown. Remove from the heat and discard any excess grease.
Place the brown sausage into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the cheese over the meat.
In a mixing bowl, add eggs, cream, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
Pour the mixture on top of the cheese and spread it evenly.
Place the biscuits over the egg mixture layer.
Cover the baking dish with foil.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
Remove the foil cover and bake for another 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for about 15 minutes at room temperature.
