Today, I made this Sausage Dip again. I admit I am obsessed with this dip, and for great reasons! The best part is, this dip is Keto! Serve this sausage dip with pork rinds or over zoodles, or fill up squashes, peppers, or eggs with this dip. You can even enjoy this dip by itself!
This simple dip is made with only three ingredients – sausage, cream cheese, and Rotel. For this recipe, you can use your favorite sausage, such as breakfast, Italian, spicy, and others. This dip is seriously amazing! It is cheesy and very creamy, and no one can resist this dip! It is excellent for parties, tailgating, potlucks, and picnics. If you are planning on hosting a party, make sure to include this dip on your menu. This dip will blow everyone away!
This dip takes only a couple of minutes to throw together. You can serve this dip right into the skillet. If planning to bring this dip somewhere, simply transfer this dip to a casserole dish and let it cool. Then, tent this dip using plastic wrap and keep it in the fridge for up to 5 days. This dip is super simple and undoubtedly a crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients
1 can Rotel (or diced tomatoes)
1 pound bulk sausage (spicy, breakfast, Italian, etc)
1 8-ounce brick of cream cheese, softened
How to make Sausage Dip
Step 1: Cook the sausage until no longer pink, breaking the meat into small chunks.
Step 2: To the sausage, add the Rotel with juice. Stir well.
Step 3: Next, add the softened cream cheese. You can slice the cream cheese into cubes to melt quickly.
Step 4: Continue to cook and stir until everything is blended.
Note:
This recipe is enough to fill 2 dozen eggs (48 halves) or 4 medium halves (8 halves). You can divide as needed.
