How are you all doing? I hope you are all well today! This recipe I am sharing with you today is so simple that I am 100 per cent sure that you can do it! This was the very first recipe I learned. A big thanks to my Aunt Jenna, for teaching me this recipe. Next time you have a barbecue, you have got to consider making these Sausage and Shrimp Kabobs! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! You will be surprised how these two make such a delicious treat! I can’t tell you more how awesome this is. Well, you just have to try and taste it yourself. Okay, enough with the long introduction. It is time to start prepping, am I right? By the way, feel free to tweak this recipe to your liking. Don’t forget to share this with your peers as well. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
12 oz. smoked sausage rope
12 oz. shrimp jumbo, tail-on, peeled and deveined
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Barbecue Seasoning
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Slice the sausage into 1-inch slices as well as the shrimp.
Use paper towels to pat them dry.
Add the shrimp into a large mixing bowl, then add olive oil, barbecue seasoning, and sausage. Toss until well mixed.
Follow the C shape of the shrimp for the sausage, then use skewers to lock them.
Place them over the grill and cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This is important. Make sure to soak the wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes. If not, they will easily get burned.
