Ingredients:
1 roll (1 lb) breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 (8-oz) cream cheese, softened
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, 10 oz.
2 (8-oz.) cans of refrigerated crescent roll packs
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375oF
Mix sausage, cream cheese, and drained Rotel tomatoes. Add green chilies.
Divide the rolls into triangles. To make two triangles, cut each triangle in half along its length. To scoop the sausage mixture onto each roll, use a cookie scoop. Fold in half.
