Ingredients:
1 pound baby potatoes, washed and rinsed
2 tbsp salted butter, melted
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pinch salt
1 pinch cayenne pepper
3 dashes ground black pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley, for garnishing
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 218 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
Step 2: Slit each potato horizontally.
Step 3: In a small mixing bowl, add the olive oil, butter, cayenne pepper, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
Step 4: Season the potatoes with the garlic mixture. Toss until well combined. Generously season the slit you made on each potato.
Step 5: Place the seasoned potatoes onto a roasting pan.
Step 6: Place the potatoes inside the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
Step 7: Flip the potatoes and brush garlic oil on the other side.
Step 8: Put it back inside the oven and roast for 15 to 20 minutes more or until done.
Step 9: Remove the potatoes from the oven and immediately sprinkle parsley on top.
Step 10: Serve hot and enjoy!

Feel free to use any regular potatoes for this recipe.
