This recipe has always been a part of my family since I was little! I remember my Grandma used to cook this all the time! This probably the reason why I love veggies so much! My Grams made sure that I ate healthy and delicious foods! I am so grateful to her for a lot of things. This one is just one of them. She taught me this recipe. Now, I get to share it with you as well! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! By the way, be very generous with the amount of cheese that you are going to add. Just do it and thank me later! Have a great one, friends. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
olive oil cooking spray
1 lb fresh asparagus, tough ends trimmed
¼ c shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tsp sea salt
¼ tsp garlic powder, or to taste

Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
