Ingredients:
1 box of your favourite chocolate cake mix
1-8ounces box cream cheese softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 cup peanut butter
1-16ounces bag(s) powder sugar (may need a little more than that)
4 cups milk chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
As needed Reese’s cups for top decoration
Directions:
Refer to the directions provided on the package of the chocolate cupcakes on how to bake them.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool. Place them inside the freezer.
To Make the Peanut Butter Frosting:
In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese and butter. Beat until well mixed.
Add the peanut butter and beat until well blended.
Add powdered sugar gradually and beat until well blended.
Form balls out of the mixture with your hands, then place it over each cupcake. It should look like a small dome.
Place the cupcakes inside the freezer to chill.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate inside the microwave.
Dip each cupcake into the melted chocolate.
Sprinkle each cupcake with sprinkles.
Serve and enjoy!
