Ingredients:
4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
3 c Whole Milk
2 c Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 lb. Gemelli or Elbow Pasta
2 tsp Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker
4 tbsp All-Purpose Flour

Directions:
Place a large pot with water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.
Add the pasta and a bit of salt. Cook for a few minutes until al dente or firm to bite. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Add butter into a saucepan. Place it on the stove and turn the heat to medium, then allow the butter to melt.
Add the flour, then whisk and cook for about 2 minutes to remove the raw taste.
Add the seasoning mix and milk, then stir until well blended. Simmer for a few minutes until the texture of the sauce becomes thick.
Remove the saucepan from the stove, and then add the cheese. Stir until melted completely and well blended.
Add the drained pasta, then toss until well coated with the delicious sauce.
