Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
2 large eggs, beaten
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
6 boneless pork loin chops, about ½-inch thick
½ c grated Parmesan cheese
1 c Italian breadcrumbs
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the pork chops. Rub each pork chop until well coated.
In a mixing bowl, add garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs. Whisk until well incorporated.
Add the eggs into a mixing bowl, then beat a few times until smooth.
Dip each pork chop into the eggs, then into the breadcrumb mixture. Coat each pork chop completely. Shake off any excess crumbs.
Place a cast-iron skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add butter and allow it to melt.
Add the pork chops into the hot skillet, then sear each side for a few minutes until golden brown.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake the pork chops for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove the pork chops from the oven.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
You can use chicken breasts instead of pork chops.
Feel free to use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for this recipe.
