Ingredients
⅔ cup milk we used raw, feel free to use what you have
1 ½ cups tapioca flour
⅓ cup olive oil
1 egg, at room temperature
½ cup grated cheese, Parmesan, or other
1 teaspoon salt or more – to taste
How to make Super Easy Brazilian Cheese Bread
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Ready a mini muffin pan. Thoroughly grease with butter and set aside.
Step 3: Place the milk, room temperature egg, oil, cheese, and salt in a blender or KitchenAid. Mix until blended. Then, add the tapioca flour about half a c at a time. Pulse on high setting, scraping down the sides of the blender.
Step 4: Into the prepared mini muffin tin, pour the batter. Make sure to leave just ⅛-inch of space on top.
Step 5: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 to 18 minutes or until light golden brown.
Note:
You can make the batter in advance and just store it in the fridge for up to a week.
