This Pork Tenderloin Recipe Easy Sheet Pan Dinner is my new best friend! I am so glad that I gave this recipe a try because I never would have tasted perfection! Ready in less than an hour, this recipe is one to try!
Ingredients:
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp freshly minced chives
1 garlic clove, minced into a paste
1 ½ lbs. of baby potatoes cut in half lengthwise
4 tbsp butter, softened
2 1 lbs. pork tenderloins, trimmed
1 lb. green beans, stems trimmed
nonstick cooking spray
¼ c hoisin sauce
kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions:
Place the oven rack in the center of the oven.
Preheat the oven to about 225 degrees C or 450 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray to a heavy-duty baking sheet.
Add 1 tbsp of olive oil, ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper, ¼ tsp kosher salt, and green beans into a large mixing bowl. Toss everything until well incorporated.
Transfer the coated green beans onto the prepared baking sheet and arrange them in a single layer in the middle.
Add ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper, ¼ tsp kosher salt, 2 tbsp olive oil, and potatoes into the same bowl, then toss until well incorporated.
Scatter the potatoes around the green beans on the baking sheet.
Place the tenderloins on top of the green beans. Make sure to leave a small space between each tenderloin. Brush each with hoisin sauce, then season with a bit of salt and pepper.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
Meanwhile, add garlic, butter, ¼ pepper, ¼ salt, and chives into a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
Remove the pan from the oven, then top each tenderloin with the garlic mixture.
Allow the Pork Tenderloin to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve and enjoy!
