Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
4 bone-in pork chops
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 (6 oz) package sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (10.75 oz) can golden mushroom soup (such as Campbell’s®)
2 tbsp water
Directions:
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add 1 tbsp of oil and allow it to become hot.
Season the pork chops with garlic salt and pepper.
Add the pork chops into the hot skillet and sear each side for about 8 minutes or until they turn brown.
Remove from the skillet onto a clean plate.
In the same skillet, more olive oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes or until they become soft.
Scrape the bottom of the skillet to get the brown bits.
Add the mushroom soup and water, then stir until well blended.
Put the pork chops back to the skillet and spoon the delicious sauce over.
Simmer the pork chops for another 10 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
